Hello! Thanks for checking out this very amateur attempt at a carrd. Here's a bit of info about Rennes and I if you think he sounds like a fun fella to RP with.My big ol' disclaimer is this: Rennes struggles with depression and self-worth issues, and if his interactions with your character are making those worse, then he and by extension I may choose not to interact with them further (especially if they are intentionally doing so). That doesn't mean our characters can't have disagreements or arguments or capital D Drama - conflict can be fun! [citation needed] - or that I am casting any sort of judgment on you as a RPer or a person. Part of why I RP a character that shares my mental health struggles is because it helps me "practice healing" if you will, and doing the opposite just isn't something I'm interested in.-That bummer of a disclaimer out of the way, you are absolutely welcome to talk to me OOC about what boundaries you may have about getting into heavier topics or sticking to fluffier stuff. I'm happy with both, albeit depending on my mood, and also happy to work with/around any content you need to bring up.-Basically just reiterating the above but seriously feel free speak up if the tone or topic or anything aren't fun for you. Fun is ultimately my goal with this - I don't want it to become a chore for anyone involved.-I am not interested in ERP or Rennes being In A Relationship. I'm not completely opposed to the latter sometime down the line, but it's not something I'm actively looking for for him and would have to go at a pretty slow pace.-Finally, I know a decent amount of lore about the city-states, particularly the Shroud/Gridania, but my overall lore knowledge is patchwork and Rennes' is even more so. I do occasionally have Rennes make mistakes on purpose (he mispronounces a lot of place names, for example) but I may also sometimes just get things wrong. Feel free to have your character correct and educate Rennes and me (or even tell him something that's not true, honestly he'll probably just believe it).
